This summer, I decided to give Thexyz a shot and I gotta say, I’m blown away by the range of smart features and polish in this product. Honestly, I've collected almost half a million emails from different accounts over the years, and bringing them all into Thexyz was super easy. But what really stands out is how fast and user-friendly the interface is. By using Thexyz alongside the GroupList service, I’m finally getting my chaotic inbox under control. Woohoo!

I needed to switch from GMail to a new email service. My key needs were:

- located in a country with robust privacy regulations
- allows for custom domains
- 2FA with WebAuthn (including on mobile)

Thexyz was the only service that ticked all these boxes. I decided to give it a shot, and so far, I'm pretty pleased. Some advanced features like filters are a bit tucked away, but they’re definitely there.

Perry really knows his stuff about the products he offers and backs up. My clients rely solely on the email and domain hosting services - definitely a 5-star experience!

I've been using my business email through GoDaddy for around a decade. Recently, they decided to discontinue their webmail service and pushed everyone towards Office365, which, of course, comes with extra costs. I was fed up with Microsoft, so I started searching for a different webmail provider. After some digging, I stumbled upon Thexyz mentioned in a review for another service. The reviewer praised their webmail and highlighted their excellent customer support. I reached out via their website, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got back to me. I had a few follow-up questions, and they were all addressed promptly and professionally. After I signed up, I had some worries about moving my email from GoDaddy/Office365, so I asked for help with that. Perry, the main guy, called me and guided me through the whole process, making the migration super smooth. When I tried to set up my mobile phone for syncing, I hit a snag. I shot them a message, and Ryan responded in no time, directing me to a helpful page on their site. It worked like a charm! From my first inquiry to getting assistance, both Perry and Ryan were fantastic. Big shoutout to them, and so far, I'm really happy with the webmail. I've been using Thexyz for quite a while now. One thing I've figured out about Google is that you often get what you don’t pay for, and a lot of their services come at no cost. This typically means I end up with a ton more spam and not-so-great support when issues arise. On the flip side, Thexyz is low-key, packed with features, and a steal for the small annual fee I shell out.

I’m on a mission to break free from the big tech giants. If I could, I’d totally de-google my phone. Finding a solid email and calendar service has been quite the task. I gave Tutanota and Protonmail a shot, but without IMAP, you’re stuck using their apps. Then I stumbled upon TheXYZ... it’s fantastic! I plan to keep XYZ up and running for the long haul. I might switch things up now and then, but I reckon my email and calendar situation is all set. Thanks, TheXYZ!

I just wanna share my thoughts on Thexyz's spam filters. They’re the best I’ve encountered for email management. Another cool thing is that the spam filtering can be tailored to your needs.

I did notice that, on rare occasions, it might flag a message as spam, but you can easily fix that by checking out a post you can find with a quick Google search.

I’m curious if the last reviewer (Howard Hance) ever tried that before going off about something that actually works really well ;-)

I've been using Thexyz for my personal email for quite a while now. Sure, other email platforms like Gmail and G Suite have fancy web interfaces and some cool features, but Thexyz is the only one I've come across that I genuinely trust to ensure my emails land where they should, quickly and efficiently, while also handling spam and other pesky emails better than anyone else. I had some accounts that were practically useless due to the sheer volume of spam they got. After switching to Thexyz, they’re back in action and working like a charm.

Is Thexyz as eye-catching as Gmail? Maybe not, but it offers a lot of customization options (like spam filters and aliases).
